Notre nom accepts online payment with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, Maestro & ApplePay.

The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on include VAT and all goods are priced in Danish kroner (DKK).

Notre nom does not charge any fees for using the above payment methods.

All our goods under notre nom vintage are sold according to the special rules for used goods, so you as a buyer cannot deduct the VAT included in the price.

Shipping and delivery

We always endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible. The normal delivery time is 2-4 working days. However, timely delivery depends on GLS meeting the delivery time.

The price for delivery in Denmark is DKK 50, with free shipping on orders over DKK 500.

By agreement, you can also pick up your order at our office at Vesterbrogade 71 St. door 3 (gate 69) - 1620 København V. ( STIMULI Fashion)

You will always receive a tracking number after the order has been completed, so that you can easily follow your package.

At notre nom, we always try to think sustainably and minimize the consumption of paper. Therefore, we do not send the order confirmation with your order. You receive order confirmation and information about your shipment by email.

NOTE: When purchasing larger items such as e.g. furniture, the above shipping prices will not apply. The shipping price will appear in the product description. For some products, it will only be possible to pick up at Vesterbrogade 69 1620 Copenhagen V.


There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase, as well as to return the item to us. That is the deadline for returns runs from the day you received the item.

Please send an email to, you will then receive a return slip which you must print, fill in and attach when you return your item(s).

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

You must pay the costs for the safe return of the item yourself, and you bear the risk until the item(s) are safely in our hands again.

We encourage you to save the postal receipt and any tracking number.

NOTE : We only receive packages sent directly to us. We do not accept a return if it has been sent cash on delivery.

It is also possible, by agreement, to return returned goods to the above address. However, only with prior agreement with us.

The amount is always transferred to the same payment card with which you paid for the purchase.

Condition of the item upon return

Our vintage products are all unique and may have chips or traces of use, we always endeavor to describe these in detail in the product description. If the item does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. We ensure this by sealing the product, if this sealing is broken, the right of cancellation is waived.

Our vintage products require extra careful packing and the use of packaging, and we do everything to get your package home to you without being damaged. When returning, you are responsible for the item being packed properly and securely. We encourage you to use the same packaging in which you received your goods.

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties or function of the item, you are liable for the deterioration of the item's value. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.

If the item has been used further than what is described above, it is considered used and thus the value has decreased. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. We at notre nom will assess the condition of the item.

Right of complaint

Right of complaint on vintage products:

notre nom basically does not offer a right of complaint on vintage products, as these already have any faults and defects at the time of purchase, which have been described and thus accepted by the buyer. We always want happy and satisfied customers, so we are happy to enter into a dialogue about any misunderstandings.

Right of complaint on other products

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all defects in material and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding faults and defects must be notified to notre nom within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. We consider one month to be a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

We do not use personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer register. You can have your information deleted at any time if you wish.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with notre nom, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with notre nom and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
